1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. peanuts
1 c. pretzel sticks
1 c. Wheat Chex
1 c. Rice Chex
1 c. Corn Chex

Mix first 5 ingredients. Microwave in glass dish on high for 2 minutes. Add last 5 ingredients. Stir until well coated. Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes. Stir well. Microwave 2-3 minutes. Check and stir each minute. Serve with napkins. Serves 4-6.
