EASY ANGEL PIE 
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Chocolate pudding prepared for pie filling
Cool Whip topping

Prepare chocolate pudding mix according to directions on package for pie. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Whip 3 egg whites until stiff, gradually add sugar and cream of tartar. Fold in pecans. Pour into well greased pie pan. Bake 250- 275 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours (until dry). When cool, add pudding and top with Cool Whip.
