CRAB ALMANDINE 
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed saltines
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 sliced, hard-boiled eggs
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. half & half
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. dry wine
1 lb. white crabmeat

Melt butter. Add flour, celery and bell pepper. Saute slightly, then add the half & half. Mix all ingredients except the crackers and cheese. Pour into a casserole and top with the crackers and cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
