QUICK CORNBREAD 
1 block butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. Bisquick milk
2 tbsp. corn meal
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Add wet and dry ingredients alternately, beginning and ending with dry.

Bake in greased 8 x 8 inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
