FRIED HEARTY SANDWICHES 
1 c. cooked ham, chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs
Mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. sour pickles, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 eggs

Mix ham, chopped cooked eggs, pickles and peppers together, moisten with mayonnaise. Spread between rather thick slices of bread. Beat eggs and add milk. Dip sandwiches in this mixture and fry in hot shallow fat. Serve hot.
