PUMPKIN BREAD 
Bread:

3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Blend together and make a well in center & add the filling.

Filling:

1 small can Pumpkin
1 c. Cooking Oil
2/3 c. Milk
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp. Griffin's Vanilla
1 c. Pecans

Mix Well and Add 1 cup pecans. Pour into 3 small loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until done.
