FRANK AND CABBAGE SUPPER 
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 med. head cabbage, cut in wedges
1 lb. (8 to 10) frankfurters
1 env. cheese sauce mix
Dash of bottled hot pepper sauce

Cook cabbage, covered, in small amount of boiling water for 10 minutes. Add franks and cook until cabbage is tender, 3 to 4 minutes more. Meanwhile, prepare cheese sauce according to package directions; stir in mustard and hot pepper sauce. Serve sauce over cabbage wedges. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
