TURKEY PATTIES 
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 c. milk

Mix together and shape into patties. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. (I use the frozen ground turkey in a long tube.) If you prefer mixture may be rolled into 1 inch balls, rolled in flour and sauteed for about 15 minutes, turning as needed.
