HASHBROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. frozen hashbrowns 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. chopped onions 16 oz. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 10 oz. Cheddar cheese Salt & pepper to taste Mix potatoes and butter; add rest of ingredients. Butter casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
