CARAMEL SAUCE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Bring all ingredients to a soft boil in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves and sauce becomes thick, over medium low heat. Serve warm over cake, ice cream.
