MEXICAN EGGS 
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
2 sausage patties, cooked or 4 slices of crisp bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. picante sauce (mild or hot, depending on your taste)
Dash of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Beat eggs and stir in remaining ingredients. In a large buttered skillet, slowly cook mixture over medium heat. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
