ARTICHOKE BALLS | |
1 can hearts of artichoke (#300 can), drain & mash 1 c. Progresso Bread Crumbs 2 raw eggs 2 tbsp. Italian cheese (Parmesan or Romano) 3 tbsp. olive oil 3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped fine Saute garlic in olive oil, then add to mashed artichokes, bread crumbs, eggs and cheese. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Form bite size balls and roll in seasoned Progresso bread crumbs and Italian cheese. May be served hot or cold. |
