A DELICIOUS CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted shortening
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake 1 day before eating. Mix crust ingredients together and press in bottom of springform pan. Cream all cream cheese. Add next 4 ingredients, one at a time. Pour over crust. Bake 50 minutes in 350 degree oven until no liquid remains. Remove, raise oven to 425 degrees.

Mix topping ingredients and after cake has been out 10 minutes, pour over top. Bake in oven 12 minutes until top is form. Cool on counter. Refrigerate.
