HAM QUICHE 
9" pie crust, baked
4-6 strips bacon, crisp
6 thin slices onion, sauteed
8 paper thin slices ham
8 paper thin slices Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1 c. half and half, heated
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Nutmeg

Sprinkle bacon and onion on bottom of pie crust. Put half of ham and cheese over that. Beat eggs and mustard, add hot half and half. Let stand 10 minutes. Pour in pie shell. Add remaining cheese and ham. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Check after 30 minutes.
