TUNA CORN SCALLOP 
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 can (1 1/2 or 7 oz.) tuna
1 tbsp. minced onion
Dash of pepper
1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn with peppers
1 c. (about 20) crumbled unsalted soda crackers
2 tbsp. butter

Combine first 4 ingredients. In 1 quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of corn, soup mixture and crackers, ending with crackers. Dot with butter and bake in hot 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Makes 4 servings.
