1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. nuts
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 egg

Mix cake mix and butter. Add the egg and remaining ingredients mixing well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
