EGG-FLOWER SOUP 
4 c. beef broth
2 eggs
2 tsp. oil
2 chopped green onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/8 tsp. pepper

Bring the broth to a boil. Beat the eggs and oil together and pour into the broth in a slow, steady stream. Stir in the green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, Accent, and pepper. Bring to a boil again and serve. Serves 4-6.
