SCANDINAVIAN SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 bunch scallions, chopped, including tops
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. dill weed
Salt, about 1/2 tsp., to taste
MSG; optional
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream

Serve in scooped out rye or pumpernickel bread.
