CURRY CHICKEN 
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 green apple, peeled, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tsp. curry powder (or less)
1 c. cream or milk
1 cut up chicken

Cook apple and onion in butter until soft. Add soup, curry powder and milk. Pour over chicken in baking dish or large skillet. Sprinkle with a little paprika and pepper. Cook or bake slowly for about 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
