SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

TOPPING:

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour

Cream together first ingredients. Mix together topping. Put sweet potato mixture in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
