1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix (I put in my own spices) 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 c. sour cream (I use plain yogurt) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls Brown hamburger and onion together (drain). Add dry spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce. Mix and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix Mozzarella and sour cream. Spread on top of hamburger mixture. Unroll crescent roll dough, lay flat on top. Pinch edges together until smooth. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and drizzle melted butter on Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. |
