3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Combine and mix all ingredients and pour into buttered casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter

Combine ingredients and spread over potato mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until brown on top.
