1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
1 cup buttermilk
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
12 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed (for topping)

Mix pudding and buttermilk. Fold in remaining ingredients. Add strawberries, bananas, fruit cocktail or peaches, if desired. Just before serving, add crushed Oreo cookies.
