COOKIE SALAD 
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks (drain 1/2 juice off)
striped shortbread cookies
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Combine all ingredients except cookies. Stir and refrigerate. Just before serving, add 8 to 10 broken cookies and stir. Top with remaining cookies. May add bananas or grapes also.
