SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. sausage (1 med., 1 hot), fry & drain
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery
1 bell pepper
1 pkg. almonds
1 pkg. chicken noodle soup (Lipton dry)
1 c. minute rice

Saute onions, celery and green pepper. Prepare soup with 3 cups water. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
