HOT CHEESE DIP 
2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 (7 oz.) cans green chili salsa
1 (4 oz.) can chili
Splash dry sherry

Place all ingredients in crock pot on high until melted. Then on low for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until thick. Most of liquid will be gone. Serve in chafing dish or out of crock pot.
