DEVILED CRABMEAT 
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. flaked cooked crabmeat or sea legs
5 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine milk and bread crumbs. Gently stir in crabmeat and chopped egg whites. Blend in mashed egg yolks, salt, dry mustard, cayenne pepper and butter. Pour into buttered 10 x 6 inch oblong baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
