2 oz. instant coffee
4 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 fifth of Brandy or Vodka

Mix coffee and sugar together. Add boiling water slowly and stir until well mixed. Add vanilla and stir. Slowly pour and mix in Brandy or Vodka. Store in capped bottles.

Makes approximately 2-1/2 fifths. Best if aged for at least 1 month.
