GARDEN RICE TOSS 
2 c. brown rice, cooked
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. zucchini, sliced
1/2 c. broccoli, chopped
1 c. cooked chick peas
2 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 c. nonfat yogurt

Spray skillet with Pam, add all vegetables and seasonings, saute until tender. Add cooked rice and toss yogurt. (Divide evenly into 2 servings.) Serve with 1 cup tossed salad. Single serving = 1 cup protein, 1 cup vegetable, 1 cup starch.
