SUMMER SALAD 
1 can chicken or turkey, boned

Carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery and onions - dice or shred these vegetables (use your own judgement to amounts). Use mayonnaise and French dressing for the dressing.

If I think I have too many vegetables, I use 2 cans turkey or chicken. Add 1 can shoestring potatoes just before serving on a lettuce leaf. Serve with garlic toast.
