COUNTRY CLUB EGGS 
6 slices bacon, cubed
1 lb. sausage or ham (cook and drain sausage, dice ham)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Milnot

Layer bread cubes in bottom of 9x13 casserole. Put sausage on top of bread cubes. Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage. Beat eggs; add milk, Milnot and seasonings. Pour over mixture. Drizzle butter over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, 40-45 minutes.
