CHICKEN POT PIE 
3 c. cooked chicken (4 boiled breasts)
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can English peas and carrots, drained
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. flour
Salt and pepper
1 (10 count) can biscuits

Mix together melted butter and flour into frying pan. Add chicken broth, vegetables and chicken. Mix well. Pour into baking casserole dish. Place in oven until bubbly. Remove from oven and place canned biscuit halves on top of casserole. Continue baking until biscuits are done. Bake at 375 degrees.
