CUCUMBER SOUP 
1 med. cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
Dash of curry powder
Celery salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Put cucumber, soup, milk, sour cream and seasoning in blender for 1 minute. Chill several hours. To serve, stir and pour into small bowls or cups. Garnish with chopped fresh chives. Serves 6.
