DANISH APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
1 c. diced apples

Mix all ingredients together and pat into well buttered pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping. When baked, top should look like a macaroon.
