SPECIAL POTATOES 
1 bag (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
16 oz. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken or potato soup
Chopped dried onions to taste
1/4 c. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Milk to consistency

Mix all ingredients. Add milk so mixture is very juicy. Place in greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
