COFFEE ORANGE FUDGE CAKE 
1 (2-layer) pkg. devil's food cake mix
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 pkg. chocolate fudge pudding mix that serves 4
1/4 c. coffee liqueur
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. shredded orange peel
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
powdered sugar

Grease and flour Bundt pan. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, pudding mix, coffee liqueur, orange peel and cinnamon. Beat with electric mixer on low until blended. Beat on medium speed four more minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared Bundt pan. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and sift powdered sugar on top. This is one of my favorite easy desserts. Delicious and keeps very well, unless someone eats it first. Gene really enjoys this and I have had many requests for this recipe.
