COLD MELON SOUP 
3 c. chopped cantaloupe
3 c. chopped honeydew melon
1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. lime juice (2-3 limes)
2 c. mineral water, club soda or seltzer

Puree melons with orange and lime juice in food processor. Stir in water and chill. Garnish with mint leaves. Serves 6-8.
