1 box chocolate cake mix
1 box chocolate pudding (4 oz.)
1 bag (16 oz.) chocolate chips

Cook pudding on stove. When cooked stir in cake mix until well blended. Pour in 9 x 12 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle chips and nuts, not required. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
