CHEESE YOGURT PIE 
CRUST:

2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/3 c. finely chopped nuts

FILLING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Grated lemon rind

Combine crust ingredients and press firmly into 9" pie pan, reserving 1/4 cup for topping. Beat filling ingredients with blender until smooth. Spread into pie shell and then sprinkle with topping. Either place into freezer for frozen treat or let chill in refrigerator and serve as soft pie.
