FRUIT CAKE 
1/4 lb. citron, cut fine (glass)
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. currants
3 c. chopped nuts
4 c. sifted flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 c. cider/grape juice
1/2 c. tart jelly
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. molasses
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Line loaf pan with waxed paper. Bake 3 hours at 250-275 degrees.
