1 lb. butter
1 lb. confectioner's sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
6 lg. eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together well and pour into greased pound cake pan and cook for approximately one and one half hours at 325 degree temperature or until done.
