STEP I: 3 c. plain flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt STEP II: 2 sticks butter, soft 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp. vanilla Mix first (I) four ingredients together well. Cream (II) all other ingredients well with a big spoon. Pour flour mixture into creamed mixture "mix well". Spoon into cookie sheet (any size you like). Press down slightly. For a crisper cookie, press thin. Bake at 350 degrees until edges are brown or more - depending on size of cookie. |
