SAUERKRAUT HOTDISH 
2 lb. HBG or ground turkey or ground chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. raw rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Seasonings: Salt, pepper and garlic powder

Brown HBG in fry pan; drain fat off. Add onion and rice and sauerkraut and heat until it simmers. Pour in casserole or small roaster. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve warm.
