EASY PEACH COBBLER 
2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 large can peaches

Melt butter in large rectangular pan. Mix biscuit mix, milk and sugar.

Pour over butter. Batter should just barely cover bottom of pan. Pour peaches and juice over batter.

Bake at 325°F until crust is brown.
