CORN PUDDING 
2 tbsp. melted reduced fat butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
3 beaten eggs
16 oz. can drained whole kernel corn

Combine all ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
