DES MOINES CORN PUDDING | |
2 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1/2 lg. green pepper, chopped 1/2 (2 oz.) can pimento, chopped 1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. milk Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
