VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls 1 c. mayonnaise 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 1 c. each broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, bell pepper, fresh mushrooms, and onion if desired Tomato or any other vegetable Shredded cheddar cheese Press rolls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Cool completely. Soften cream cheese. Mix in mayonnaise and dry mix. Blend well. Spread over crust. Top with vegetables and shredded cheese. Serve cold. |
