CRETONS 
1 lb. ground pork (in the shoulder)
1 c. cubed bread (not the crust)
1 med. onion, chopped finely
2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
1 c. 3.25% milk
1 c. fresh parsley, chopped finely
Salt and pepper and cinnamon

Put all ingredients, except seasonings, in thick bottom pan. Mix well. Cover. Cook at low heat for 2 hours. Mix often during cooking. Let cool. Add seasonings. Mix with electric mixer for about 2 minutes. Mold and refrigerate.
