RO-TEL CHICKEN 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 lg. onion
1 stick butter
1 lg. block Velveeta
1 sm. box spaghetti
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies

Boil chicken and cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Melt butter in another pan and saute onion in butter. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese until melted. Cut up chicken. Add to cheese mixture, then add spaghetti. Put in baking dish. Put in oven for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. "Reserve chicken broth to add in case it's dry."
