CHICKEN RO-TEL 
3 lb. chicken breasts
1 sm. pkg. vermicelli
5 c. chicken broth
1 can Ro-tel
1 can peas (garden or green)
2 sm. cans mushrooms
1 lb. Velveeta
1 stick of butter
1 sm. onion & 1 sm. green pepper

Boil chicken, save broth. Cook vermicelli in broth. Saute pepper and onion in 1 stick of butter. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix all together with broth. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered.
